Ordering

The quickest and most accurate way to order is through your ordering portal.  However, if you have any questions along the way, please feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to help!

ConnectRN will be paying for your badge, so you won't be required to make any payments at checkout.

Your order typically ships within one business day, not including weekends or national holidays.

Your package should include your name badge, personalized with your first and last names, title, and your photo (optional), as well as a retractable badge reel that you can clip directly to your badge.

Returns

Any time you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately via live chat, email at sales@lonestarbadge.com, or call (512) 357-2261.  Changes and cancellations will depend on how long it has been since you placed the order.  Typically due to our fast production times, most custom items are not able to be changed or canceled once your order is placed.  However, it may be possible to change or cancel some orders under certain circumstances prior to shipping, so please just cancel us as soon as possible to discuss any change or cancelation needs.

No, since your badge is a custom printed item, we cannot accept returns.  However, if you think there has been an error with your order or have any concerns, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we'll see what we can do to assist you.

Shipping and Delivery

We send all orders via USPS First Class Mail.  We will email you both the tracking number at the time of shipment and a delivery notification once the post office confirms they've delivered your package.

The transit time is usually 2-5 business days depending on your distance from us (we're located in Texas).  Here are approximate transit times:
